HR Assistant
- Preparation of regulatory documents: orders, resolutions, decisions including hiring and firing
- Personal documents: labor books, standard labor contracts including those with full material responsibility
- Records: employees’ data cards, staff lists, leaves schedule, labor contracts registry, registry of labor books and inserts thereto
- Labor books records
- Sick leaves records
- Vacation records
- Calculation of total continuous work experience
- Records on rotation of employees, changes to labor contracts
- Work schedules records
- Personal files of the Customer’s employees
- Contracts registries
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Legal or Economic field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR;
- Good knowledge and work experience in HR administration;
- Good knowledge of local statutory labor policies and regulations;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature and the ability to persuade others;
- Proficient in Azerbaijani and Russian, preferably good knowledge of English;
- Accurate, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines;
- Proficient in MS office
