Job description:
- Dealing with different HR issues;
- Creation and management of personal files of employees, work time accounting controls, work documentation related to the acceptance and dismissal of the employees;
- Drafting and reviewing various documents (templates, letters, requests etc.);
- Payroll supporting;
- Regular communication with clients and the state authorities;
- Assisting the team members within multifunctional projects;
- Visiting client office, state authorities, notaries if so required within the project scope.
Requirements:
- High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations;
- Related work experience is appreciated;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Advanced written and spoken Azeri and English, Russian will be an asset
- Ability to work in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions
- Be creative and ability to focus on client service and strive to exceed clients
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
