Job Purpose:
To support the implementation and monitoring of the Center’s Training and Development Plan, coordinating of employee related activities and events, and other Human Resources administrative functions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Preparation and signing of labour contracts and other documentations for local and foreign staff
- Hiring and Interviewing staffs, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
- Preparation and signing of independent services contracts for permanent and short term foreign chefs invited to the Center
- Preparation of internship and scholarship contract
- Career support for the student
- Creating and Implementing of the training plan for staff
- Negotiation with companies regarding the internship and scholarship programs
- Management of visa procedures for the student for International internship or training programs
- Supervising the preparation of the needed documents for migration and applying to the State Migration Service on behalf of foreign permanent staff
- Management of visa procedures for foreign experts invited to the Center
- Management of orientation of new employees
- Maintaining employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Participating in evaluation of the performance of staff, at the end of probation and annually thereafter
- Participating in in-office staff development, workshops, programs, and administrative functions;
- Establishing and maintaining a positive, effective working relationship with staff and faculty
- Creating of KPI system for the company
- Creating and Implementing of Employee handbook and SOP’s
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
- Assisting individual staff members in identifying their training needs, and improving their knowledge and abilities;
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment & Azerbaijani labour law. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
- Preparation of personnel orders such as sick and maternity leave, vacation, business trip, etc.;
- Organization and participation in career fairs, exhibitions
- Staff Recruitment for Company and partner organizations
- Assisting in the development and implementation of a variety of special events, indoor and outdoor activities
- Dealing with the state organizations and main responsible person for audits conducted by the State Organizations related to HR activity
- Responsible person for monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Ministry of Labor and Social Protection

Educational Qualifications:
- A degree or qualification in Human Resources Management or in a similar discipline.
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources sphere wherein a minimum of 3 years is in managing a team and working within the HORECA or Education industry.
- Identifying problems early and seeking solutions
- Understanding the philosophy and culture of the company and practise daily
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good knowledge in 1C program and E-gov system.
- Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Power Point
- Excellent communication skill in Azerbaijani, Russian
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Coordinating and registering of employees’ trainings, seminars, workshops, briefings, etc(external, in-house, and internal) as per the Total Company training plan
- Preparing and updating of training calendar
- Administering APPLE forms for employees’ trainings, seminars, workshops, briefings, etc
- Administration and coordination of confirmation appraisal(for new employees) and performance appraisal
- Preparing the agenda, room set-up, attendance, departmental presentation, etc for Staff Meeting
- All data pertaining to the above must be duly updated in HR folders within the company drive
- Evaluation of training effectiveness
- Staff meeting would be held smoothly without any impediments/obstacles
- Effective utilization of resources to store important data for any reference or perusal
