Job Title: Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator (4-month temporary contract)
Location: Azerbaijan, Onshore

A vacancy has arisen externally for a temporary Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator and is available for Azerbaijani citizens only.

The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for coordination of employee recruitment and selection processes with a strong emphasis on sourcing, recruiting and qualifying prospective candidates in line with Company’s Human Resources standards, the Company Management System Procedures, Client specific requirements, where appropriate, and any applicable legislative requirements. Human Resources Recruitment Administrator will report to the Human Resources Advisor.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Undertake recruitment tasks as requested by the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Advisor
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on boarding processes)
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Provide the first screening of applicants and direct them to Hiring Authority.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Modify the approach to sourcing candidates as required based on interview results
  • Maintain and create Job Interview Assessment forms
  • Make recommendations to company hiring managers on base of interview results
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment medical examinations, email templates and new hire kits
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated, including Employee induction process

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • Recognized qualification related to the discipline
  • 3-5 years proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani language (Russian is an advantage)
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Impressive organizational, time-management and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to work with minimal guidance
