Responsibilities
- Basics of labor legislation
- Normative, methodical and other guiding materials related to personnel
- The current legislation on employment and dismissal of employees
- Compilation of the necessary documents for the management and protection of work books, personal affairs, and the appointment of pensions
- Accounting methods of personnel movements
- Basics of labor and management organization
- Labor protection norms and internal regulations
- Filling out sick leaves
- Timely filling of labor books
- Creating a database of employees
- Registration of new employees, and dismissals in the state portal https://emas.sosial.gov.az/
- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
- Ensure accurate deductions for taxes, social security, and other statutory contributions.
- Verify and reconcile timesheets and attendance records.
- Stay up-to-date with Azerbaijani labor laws and regulations related to payroll and taxation.
- Ensure all payroll processes comply with local laws and company policies.
- Generate payroll reports for management, finance teams and government.
- Prepare financial statements related to payroll expenses
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
- Experience in the specified position for at least 3 years
- Must have (fluent) spoken and written (English).
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of AR.
- Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
