Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform daily documentation of HR related activities (prepare hiring and termination documents, annual and maternity leave documents, work with Electron
- Government Portals);
- Keep personnel files and employee records up to date;
- Assist in in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, reviewing resumes;
- Process accurate and timely reporting to government bodies
- Research, analyze and resolve HR and payroll-related problems or questions.
- Prepare documents for compulsory insuarance.
Main Requirements
- University degree in economy, business administration, finance or other related fields;
- Good knowledge of Labor Code;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR department;
- Strong computer skills in office programs, 1C system, Electron Government Portals;
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material;
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills;
- English and Russian language skills will be advantage.
