Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • To replace an employee who is on maternity leave for a certain period of time.
  • Carries out recruitment, transfer, dismissal, all types of leave, disciplinary action and remuneration of employees in accordance with labor legislation;
  • Forming and regulating the personal affairs of employees, as well as regular registration of changes directly related to employment;
  • Carry out timely entries in the employment records of employees, their protection, calculation of length of service, as well as the issuance of certificates of current and previous employment;
  • Oversees the record keeping of employees’ vacation, the preparation of the next vacation schedule and the use of vacation according to the schedule;
  • Submit relevant reports on employment to employment and other authorizes;
  • Calculates sick leaves;
  • Supervise the recording of employees’ daily attendance schedules to ensure compliance with working hours;
  • Carries out analysis and provision of open vacancies;
  • Conducts interviews;
  • Ensures the establishment of personnel base;
  • Carries out clerical work on personnel;
  • Establishing relations with external organizations on logistics and migration issues;
  • Organize the registration of documents on migration issues of foreign employees of the complex;
  • Arranging temporary residence and work permits for foreign workers invited to the complex.
  • Ensuring that information on employees is recorded in the relevant programs of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Record employee information in the school management program;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
  • Excellent at oral and written communication;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
  • Highly responsible & reliable;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • People skills;
  • ICT literacy.
