PASHA Property şirkəti HSE Coordinator vəzifəsi üzrə vakansiya elan edir.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Keep contact with clients, and the authorities to ensure alignment of HSE objectives.
  • Identify potential and actual areas of improvement and assist in setting and formulating HSE goals and tools for their achievement.
  • Deliver and promote new and existing HSE training and campaigns required by HSE Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory HSE requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with contract HSE requirements.
  • Lead and support the technical team to work safely and productively through role clarity, support with the allocation of work, priorities, and regular feedback.
  • Conducts regular inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments of work locations, workgroups, projects, and individuals at the assigned job location.
  • Identifies hazards and potential risks and assists operations staff with eliminating or mitigating those hazards
  • Collect the HSE data.
  • To assist in operation and conduct incident investigations on HSE and follow up on remedial actions.
  • Assist in the evaluation of internal and external reports concerning safety, for emerging trends and lessons learned.
  • Promote the use of management systems and ensure relevant requirements are implemented.
  • To prepare and conduct internal and external presentations to promote company HSE policies.
  • Perform audits to measure the safety culture in the organization.
  • Provide HSE guidance and HSE training for employees to ensure compliance with systems and culture.
  • To assist in setting up an effective emergency response organization at the location.
  • Document control.

Essential Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • International qualification and/or accreditation in HSSE function.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HSSE function with a proven track record of the successful projects and cases
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle stress (during incident management)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong planning & organizational skills
  • Strong focus on problem-solving, troubleshooting, solutions
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
