Location of work: Garadagh district, Sahil settlement

Salary: 1300 AZN net.

Job Responsibilities:

• Submitting monthly QHSE reports on monthly basis.
• Addressing all safety issues that arise and ensuring all on-site operations are in compliance with HSE standards, AAS-ATE policies and procedures
• Conduct daily tool-box meetings and reinforce the HSE compliance
• Respond to internal site and external inquires related to Health and Safety
• To follow Permit to Work, STOP/ASA procedures for relevant work
• Internal monitoring of the site activities and operations using periodic HSE audits and perform facility HSE Inspections.
• Monitoring and preparation of the monthly reports for company vehicle’s activities
• Maintain HSE equipment register and timely HSE equipment certification
• Review Risk Assessments prepared by Site Supervisors
• Manage HSE Program to avoid any accidents at work
• Advising on the hazardous nature of waste and the handling thereof
• Advising on the correct methods for containment to ensure environmental protection
• Examine and define on-site personnel’s proficiency and training requirements
•  Ensure communication of all relevant HSE procedures to suppliers and contractors
• Perform additional duties as assigned by HSE manager or HSE coordinator
• Any other duties if required

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience
• Excellent languages skills in: English, Azeri, Russian
• Computer skills
• Relevant HSE trainings
• NEBOSH or similar qualification Essential (Desirable)
• Good physical condition, good eye-sight
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills & team member
