Main roles & responsibilities:

• Developing, rolling out and maintenance of Health, Safety and Environment management system of the entire organization.
• Continuous maintenance an appropriate level of HSE awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the Bank. Development, coordination and delivery of HSE training programs to employees
• Development of internal HSE policies, procedures, instructions and programs
• Compliance with fire and other safety requirements in the workplace, control of first aid supplies.
• Responsible for the emergency evacuation and preparedness procedures which include organizing and training of individuals
• Development and distribution of regular HSE related reports, presentations, bulletins, posters and communications that provide employees with workplace statistics, new and existing hazards and system changes
• Performing regular workplace inspections, review work practices and recommend ways in which the processes and systems can be improved
• Investigation of violations of HSE regulations, as well as the investigation of accidents and incidents, making notes, analysis and reporting timely and accurate provision of the proposed solutions
• Conduct safety risk assessments associated with tools and equipment, jobsites, and work environments, work on prevention of potential and existing hazards, enforce preventative measures
• Oversee and inspect installations, maintenance and other works that can have potential hazard, identify and initiate repair and maintenance works as result of inspections and accidents
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy

Required qualifications & skills:

• Work experience: Minimum 3 year experience in related field
• Education: Bachelor Degree
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office
• Foreign language: Russian (preferable), English
• License / Certificate: First Aid, certificate of Ministry of Emergency Situations
