Job Title: Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Manager

Role Synopsis:

• Pasha Construction LLC is looking for a highly experienced candidate to fulfil the position of the HSSE Manager within Commercial & Residential Real Estate division (CRRE Group).

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop standards, policies and procedures related to HSSE in line with the local legislation and best international practice (whichever prevails) at a group level and push through the implementation across all CRRE Group facilities (business centers, villas, apartments, parking buildings and similar non- industrial facilities)
• Develop crisis management, emergency response and contingency planning protocols.
• Carry out regular HSSE inspections of the CRRE Group facilities and record findings and recommendations in writing
• In close collaboration with Facility Administration Managers develop and issue improvement actions and track the implementation
• Develop HSSE KPIs, Dashboards and reports and provide regular updates to GM and management team.
• Develop, train and coach subordinate HSSE professionals or other organization members in new standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare action plan for HSE and Security teams for special and high-risk events.
• Review financial reports to ensure efficiency and quality of HSE and Security operations.
• Develop and control budgets for HSE and security operations.
• Order and/or control HSE and security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, state security agencies, fire and other agencies.
• Plan, direct, or coordinate HSE and security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
• Continuously improve Safety Culture within the organization.

Essential Education:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a related field,
• such as management, engineering, technology,
• industrial safety, operations management or similar.

Essential Criteria:

• 10+ years of professional experience in HSSE function with proven track record of the successful projects and cases
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role
• Good understanding of a facility management process
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to handle stress (during incident management)
• Experience managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, partners and agencies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong planning & organizational skills
• Strong focus on problem solving, troubleshooting, solutions

Desirable Criteria:

• International qualification (NEBOSH or similar) and/or accreditation (CMIOSH or similar) in HSSE function.
