Reports to: HR Operation Manager

What are expected from the candidate:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
• Maintain current HR files and databases;
• Create and maintain personal files of new employees;
• Control, update personal files of employees and ensure accurate maintenance of all employees records and files;
• Preform duties related with e-government;
• Conduct termination process of employees;

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• High Education;
• Experience as a HR Assistant or HR Intern is desirable;
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
• Knowledge of Labor Code of Azerbaijan;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian languages are preferable;
• The ability to focus on details and multitasking;
• Effective teamwork skills;
• Time management skills, the ability to plan the time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
