Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategy, initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary issues
- Provide creative solutions to boost employee performance and motivation
- Maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge & understanding of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Researching and learning from the best HR related cases
- Good in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Strong eye for details (employee wise)
- Ability to think out of the box
- Ability to travel to other offices if needed
- Age 21-30
- Excellent English and Azerbaijani, good Russian is a plus
