Main responsibilities:
- Leading HR department;
- Responsible for HR budget and control of related costs;
- Participate at daily HoD briefings, weekly HR meetings and other relevant events;
- Handling employee issues;
- Developing HR goals;
- Define training needs:
- Tracking performance appraisal metrics:
- Managing recruitment cycle;
- Ensuring all internal policy and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Higher education (HR qualification will be advantage)
- Hotel or similar field experience is preferable
- 5 plus experience in leadership role
- Excellent communication and conflict-solving skills
- ERP literacy (iScala, 1C)
- Fluent in English (Russian language is preferable)
