Human Resources Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Leading HR department;
• Responsible for HR budget and control of related costs;
• Participate at daily HoD briefings, weekly HR meetings and other relevant events;
• Handling employee issues;
• Developing HR goals;
• Define training needs:
• Tracking performance appraisal metrics:
• Managing recruitment cycle;
• Ensuring all internal policy and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Higher education (HR qualification will be advantage)
• Hotel or similar field experience is preferable
• 5 plus experience in leadership role
• Excellent communication and conflict-solving skills
• ERP literacy (iScala, 1C)
• Fluent in English (Russian language is preferable)
