RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Assistance in preparing new pharmacies for opening:
• checking the quality of furniture and other equipment in the trading floor of the pharmacy, a report to the manufacturer;
• control over the installation of the pharmacy logo;
• collection of exact dimensions of all communication panels;
• management of the process of displaying goods in the open area of the pharmacy in accordance with the pharmacy planogram, drawn up by category managers.
• Provision of all types of communication images and equipment in pharmacies:
• keeping a table of all communication places in pharmacies
• assistance to a designer in placing orders for printing and production of equipment,
• quality control of printing in conjunction with the designer,
• control over installation, dismantling and change of images,
• report on the work done, photo report
• financial report on the funds spent on printing and production
• Monitoring compliance with merchandising standards in pharmacy stores:
• ensuring the conformity of the display of the goods according to the planogram of the pharmacy store;
• ontrol over the change of the layout when changing the pharmacy store plan;
• control over compliance with the standards for the use of price tags and other stickers;
• photo report.
• Managing events organization in pharmacy stores: planning of the event scenario, purchase of the necessary inventory, ensuring the rental of the necessary equipment, provision of registration, assistance in the production of invitations, management of the team providing the event (photographer, waiters, technical staff), organize photo shooting, preparation of the financial report.
• Provide an assistance in securing of consumables at the pharmacy store such as ordering and distributing business cards, ordering packages and ordering non-standard packaging materials.
• Providing festive decoration of pharmacy store during events: providing thematic holiday decoration of pharmacy stores, planning of the decoration theme, providing an assistance in purchasing of decorative materials, organize guests’ registration.
• Assistance in purchasing uniforms for pharmacy employees and distribute among pharmacy stores.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
• Knowledge of the organization of room design, graphic composition;
• Work experience of at least 3 years in one or several areas:
• in the field of retail marketing, preferably beauty stores or household appliances stores
• in the field of retail merchandising, preferably beauty stores or household appliances stores
• in the field of organizing events: the scenario of the event, provision of design, light and sound equipment
• in the field of opening retail stores
• in the field of production marketing communications (printing)
• Confident MS Office user;
• A creative mindset, the ability to work in a team, the ability to independently find solutions to work problems in the correct area of responsibility.
