Position: Incoming Manager (TOURISM/TRAVEL)
Job Type: Full day (Monday-Friday) / Half day (Saturday)
Responsibilities:
- Devise, arrange, and promote holidays and travel options in Azerbaijan
- Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations
- Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities
- Contacting hotels, transport companies, restaurants
- Advising the customer about travel issues including required documentation and financial matters, such as appropriate exchange rates
- Performing general administration tasks
- Dealing with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner
- Planning and advertising different promotions
- Evaluating customers’ holidays and issuing appropriate feedback forms
Requirements:
- Age 22-35
- Bachelor degree (preferable in Tourism or Public Relations)
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar positions
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
- Adaptability to Corporate Culture
- Good sales skills, both over the telephone and face-to-face
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- The ability to cope under pressure
- Competent organizational skills
