JOB DIMENSIONS / CONTEXT:

• Absheron Early Production Scheme (EPS) is an early development phase to target a first gas production mid-2022.
• The Full Field Development studies have started based on the promising results of EPS well ABD001.
• JOCAP Joint Operating Company of Absheron Petroleum is a new Company created in March 2018, which is the Operator of
• Absheron from August 2018.
• Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.
• EPS Project technical data:
• 152Mscf/d of gas, 12kbbl/d of condensate; production from 1 subsea well, 34km multiphase flowline, dedicated new platform
  installed at Oil Rocks field (operated by SOCAR); WHSIP = 555bar, WHFP = 380bar.
• IST infrastructure:
• Servers and IT/Telecom equipment in Baku main office, Oil Rocks Control room, Platform and Company other IT facilities.
• CWE Collaborative Working Environment (Smart Room) in Baku main Office with real time links with Oil Rocks Control room.
• JOCAP system is based on Active Directory, Mail System (domain jocap.az), File Print system, etc…Workstations with
• Windows 7/10, Wi-Fi access for JOCAP and Visitors, etc.
• Approximately 110 clients in Baku, 15 clients in Oil Rocks

ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Spport IST Senior Officer in Development and implementation of Information Systems and Telecommunications strategy which supports the overall Company objectives covering all technical aspects and services provided in accordance with business expectations.
• Active Participation in implementation, administration and support of Company Intranet and Internet sites (webmaster).
• Management of IST links between Baku office and Oil Rocks control room.
• Design/installation of Baku CWE (Collaborative Working Environment) smart room) in coordination with Operations Management.
• Management of JOCAP hardware/software, including Evaluation/Maintenance ofspecific applications (UNISOL/SAP, MMS, EDMS, PRODOM, PRIMAVERA) and IST interfaces with JV Partners.
• System Administration of Windows servers and infrastructure, clients PCs and laptops and all other network equipment (ex. printers, scanners), back-office products.
• Management and support of LAN and WAN infrastructure.
• Administration of Corporate Antivirus Software.
• Backup management (strategy, verifying, Ensuring backups are stored off site).
• Management and support of physical access and logical security for the company.
• Supporting TOIP System and telephone technologies as needed.
• Coordination of activities relating to possible network enterprise with other project offices.
• Involvement in specifications and procurement of network and computer equipment.
• General Helpdesk and customer computer support as required in Baku, Oil Rocks and Platform.
• Involvement in the on-going project definition/realization of the IST facilities/equipment interfacing with Azneft.
• Participate in implementation of Training E-learning modules (HSE, DGS, Compliance, Cost Efficiency,..) with input from concerned Directions.
• ctively support IST Senior Officer in development and implementation of an Information Systems and Telecommunications strategy which supports the overall Company objectives covering locally all technical aspects and services provided in accordance with business expectations.
• Promote innovative opportunities where IT can provide an added value or improve the effectiveness of the business.
• Actively participate in development of the Company requirements (CMS) in terms of Information Systems rules and specifications, considering both JV Partners CMS inputs when applicable.
• Guarantee the consistency of the decisions to maintain the efficiency of the Information Systems.
• Ensure the availability of Information Systems to satisfy the needs defined by professional discipline users.
• Support IST Senior Officer in the planning of resources in order to take into account the evolution of the client needs and technologies.
• Maintain the level of expertise required to provide Company with the added value expected for the services.
• Support IST Senior Officer in organization and definition of transverse technical processes in accordance with Company specifications and IT standards (best practices).
• Provide high quality information systems and telecom support to users onshore and offshore. Reliability of the IS/IT System is essential for the management of the operations offshore and onshore.
• Strict adherence to Work Program and Budget – Proposal/Implementation of Cost Efficiency ideas/roadmaps to optimize both OPEX and CAPEX (IST and other).
  The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, to the
  Company Ethics and Code of Conduct policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. He shall respect the JOCAP Code of Conduct and Maintain ethical culture at the workplace.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System
• Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
• Know responsibilities to environmental issues in the work areas
• Each employee must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task
  As such his duties and areas of authority are:
• Follow HSE instructions given by Managers and supervisory personnel
• Assure of the safety of his work site before commencing work
• Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger
• Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution
• Use tools, equipment and their safeguards correctly
• Use the provided means of personal protection correctly
• Leave the workplace behind correct and orderly, upon job completion – enforce the Company Clean Desk policy
• Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor
• Participate actively in HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills
• Co-operate actively in the execution of the HSE plans
  Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• 10 year experience in IT and Telecom (Windows, VMWare and network environment)
• Master Degree or PhD in Electronics or Computer science
• Developer skills recommended (Internet, Intranet, in-house software)
• Project and Management experience recommended (5 years)
• Knowledge of Security concepts and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Azeri (spoken and written) – Russian recommended
