Job Title: “Inspection Project Coordinator”

TWI in Azerbaijan is providing Inspection and NDT Services (3rd party Inspection), Consultancy services of Material, Corrosion Engineering, Research and Consultancy, Failure investigation, Structural Integrity assessment, Welding Engineering, Engineering Facilities (Procurement) WPS & PQR, WQT and international training & Certification (www.twi-global.com).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources and information;
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each inspection;
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Accepting the global inspection orders;
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives;
• Scheduling global inspection process;
• Review the Project Contractor’s Inspection and Test Plan and provide comments;
• Review the Supplier’s Material Control, Document Control, Application of special processes, such as Welding, NDR and NCR system and provide comments;
• Review the Project Contractor’s Inspection and Test Plan and provide comments;

• Organizing Record-keeping and tracking paperwork;
• Managing information flow;
• Updating inspection team members and partners;
• Finding Inspectors in time according to clients` requirements.

Requirements:

• For Azerbaijani National Only
• Minimum 5 years above related field.
• Bachelor degree in related field of study.
• Welding Inspection, NDT, Project Control qualifications.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
• Excellent Azerbaijani and English language skills are mandatory.
• Salary is Negotiable.
