Instrument and Control Engineer

Roles and responsibilities:

• Review of Instrumentation engineering deliverables including Specifications, Instrument Datasheets, Logic Diagrams etc.
• Inter-disciplinary document comments and reviews.
• Liaison with the EPC contractors and Operation team.
• Review Systems Vendors’ modifications Scopes of Work documents.
• Follow construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as required.
• Attend interface meetings with Clients and Vendors to progress project scopes.
• Review Instrumentation and Control Systems Vendors offers, prepare Vendor Technical
• Clarifications, and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation reports.
• Preparation of material requisitions for Instrumentation equipment and materials.
• Implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• implementation of special maintenance, and monitoring of technical results.
• Assist to the Central Control Room on DCS operations. To ensure that DCS Operating Procedures are adhered to.
• Assist in the commissioning of new plant and DCS configuration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
• University diploma in Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in Commissioning and Maintenance in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical field.
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijan and English is mandatory
• Good communication and presentation skills.
