International Relations Officer

Main responsibilities:

• Business communication with the international partners
• Arranging business meetings
• Arrange a proper filing of the documents, contracts
• Maintain all agreements and inform relevant personnel about the expiration
• Arrange small market surveys and locations search
• Identify organizations and institutions regionally and globally that is similar in nature to “YD ”LLC or could add value to “YD” LLC, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
• Identify and develop mechanisms for “YD” LLC to promote its activities at an international level and attract interest from organizations and institutions.
• Act as a representative of “YD” LLC in international conferences or seminars and continuously promote “YD” LLC in a positive light to the international and local community.

Requirements:

• University degree (Business administration, International relations or Communications, Humanitarian sciences,)
• Excellent English, Azerbaijani (written and oral), Russian or any other language is an advantage

• Good knowledge of software(MS office) and office equipment usage
