Your main job responsibilities:
- To identify and assess risks associated with ICT environment (e.g. IT and Telecom Network technologies);
- To apply risk and control concepts and develop a test approach of key controls;
- To perform testing procedures of the controls identified;
- To prepare appropriate work papers with proper documentation of objectives, work done, conclusion and submission for further review within set deadline;
- Review of the work papers prepared by the engagement team members;
- To inform the respective supervisor about all of the detected audit findings in the area under review and suggest recommendations;
- To prepare a good quality draft of the internal audit reports.
Your education and work experience:
- Higher education in telecommunications, information technologies areas or business administration;
- At least 5 years’ experience in Telecommunication industry
Your skills and competencies:
- Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian language is a plus;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs;
- Any professional qualification is a plus (CISA, CISM, CRISC or CISSP);
- Knowledge and experience in the areas listed below:
- Packet Switched Core architecture;
- Circuit Switched Core architecture;
- Operations Support System (OSS) architecture;
- Radio Access Network architecture;
- Proven experience in OSS/BSS solutions;
- Able to communicate with stakeholders confidently;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
