Information Security:

• Monitoring Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Coordination of all activities related to ISMS
• Internal communication of information relating to ISMS
• Contacting authorities and groups of interest in the area of ISMS
• Coordinating information security risk management process

IT Administration:

• Definition and implementation of technical safety measures in BDO
• Participation in the risk analysis process in the role of a technical expert
• Maintenance of ICT infrastructure and resources based on the Operational Activity

Process:

• Supervision of access rights to corporate resources
• Monitoring and maintenance of ICT networks and resources of BDO
• Management of availability, executive potential, and events
• Responding to threats and security incidents in the BDO
• Support and implementation of components constituting a part of operation continuity plans in the Organization
• Raising awareness of users in technological areas
• Assist with implementation of new IT policies and procedures
• Coordinate IT help desk and monitor execution of IT policies and procedures Data protection
• Define the comparison of the requirements in ISO/IEC 27001 and in the Personal Data Protection Regulation.

Duties:

• Ensure alignment of operations with corporate policies and procedures
• Represent BDO in a professional manner through punctuality & appearance
• Apply honesty, integrity and objectiveness while on duty
• Meet set deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar field
• At least two years’ experience in system administration or related role
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Result orientation, attention to detail and perfectionist mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with IT and non-IT personnel
• Intermediate level of English and good knowledge of Russian
• Good communication, writing and time management skills
• Honesty, integrity and professional ethics
