We excited to announce another internship opportunity opening in “ATL Tech” and would like to welcome on-board talented, creative “IT Helpdesk Intern” with permanent employment offer after three months internship program.

Essential Duties:

• Performs service desk functions, responds to ticket inquiries, records, documents, and troubleshoots customer issues.
• Performs duties associated with setup, configuration and installation of system software products and peripheral equipment.
• Programs and troubleshoots computer software and hardware. Identifies, logs, and resolves problems
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience with superior attention to detail.
• A sincere interest in the IT/Technology field and techincal knowledge
• Willing to learn, study and train
• Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
