Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing daily support to the Manager or Managers within an organization, as well as to perform and execute tasks as directed, and supervise, hire, or train other company employees. The Deputy Manager directly faces clients and assists with issue resolution therefore excellent communication skills are essential. May assist with safety and quality requirements for the organization

Job duties:

• Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues
• Strategic Planning – Build strong relationships with the Senior Managers and staff within the Business to deliver effective solutions based on a deep understanding of the business strategy
• Managing Staff – Manage the IT team and ensure the Project and Technical teams are challenged to implement innovative solutions to aid the business in information sharing and development
• Business Continuity – Identify and develop documentation, create test procedures and define resources to deliver Business continuity in the event of an accident, disaster, emergency or threat
• Licensing and Assets control – Implement controls to manage company assets
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

Typical Skill Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years’ practical experience within IT
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

Language Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Azeri, English & Russian

Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of modern IT systems
• Data analytical skills
• Skills of Designing Structured cabling systems, Access control systems, ССTV systems
• Fundamental knowledge of IT
• Strong knowledge of all devices which are using in network architectures, including: switches, routers, and Firewalls

Equpment Skills:

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills

Soft Skills:

• Problem solving skills,
• Communications skills

Other:

• Strong mathematics knowledge

Training & Education Needed:

• İTİL (IT Strategy, IT Design, IT Operation), Prince2 Practitioner, CISA certified, with at least 5 years of experience in İT manager (head department or division), senior or lead IT auditor, IT senior or lead specialist role
• CİSSP certified
