Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full recruitment life cycle, including obtaining headcount approvals, posting vacancy announcements, longlisting,
- ortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Liaise with all departments to identify recruitment needs.
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job descriptions for vacant positions.
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other available platforms
- Ensure the application tracking system (ATS) is up to date throughout the recruitment process
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates against the vacant positions
- Conduct face to face and online interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends
- Coordinate the on-boarding process
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, of which 1 year must be within IT industry
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business administration or IT
- Previous experience with application tracking systems (ATS)
- Thorough understanding of IT disciplines
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English. Russian is an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Terms and Conditions:
- 5/7 working days
- 09.00-18.00 working hours (including 1 hour for lunch)
- Fixed salary
