Key personal qualities:

• Active, open-minded, result-oriented person
• Ability to study and start using new knowledge / trends / themes quickly
• Readiness to work in multitasking mode in quickly-changing environment / market
• Readiness to study the sales process of technically complex IT Security solutions (DLP, PAM, SIEM, MDM, WAF & etc.). Technical experience in system integration solutions and / or distribution can be a plus, however is not determinative if the candidate is ready to get insight into complex IT-solutions sales process quickly.
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to perform assigned tasks independently
• Initiative on ideas and plans for development within the working scope. And determination in the implementation of those ideas and plans.
• Ability to think “outside of the box”, without the stereotypes of the previous experience
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Broad-based knowledge is a plus

Job scope (non-exhaustive list):

• Recruit and develop new and existing partners
• Collaborate with new and existing partners in their projects: help in finding new opportunities, commercial offer preparation, follow-up and successful closure of these projects. (Project is an opportunity of selling product/solution through a partner to a customer)
• Business development and marketing plans preparation, implementation of those plans
• Meetings / presentations with partners. Involvement them in cooperation with Vendors and Distributor
• Cooperation with the vendors (projects registration, partner`s programs, etc.)
• Reporting and pipe-lines preparation

Requirements:

• Experience of sales on market of telecommunication and IT in Azerbaijan more than 2 years
