Main responsibilities:

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Installation and configuration of peripherals equipment (printer, scanner, VoIP Phones)
• Provide End-user support
• Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (laptop, tablet)
• Working with web-services

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Microsoft/Cisco Certification is an advantage
• Proven working experience in providing help desk support
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP
• Experience with IP telephony
• Basic knowledge in administration of Microsoft OS Family
• Communication skills
• Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Responsibility and punctuality skills
