Responsibility:
Manage daily operations of the IT department:
- Provisioning support for user requests
- Supporting Microsoft Office 365 platform (Office apps, OneDrive, Teams);
- Printer configuration and troubleshooting;
- Configuration and support of corporate applications and services (Netsis ERP, Fidelio PMS, Micros POS System);
- Setup and/or configuration of network devices, such as access points (Unify), L2 switches (VLAN and Ports configuration),etc ;
- Registering user requests in ticket management system;
- Offer suggestions for possible problem solution, upgrades and changes within the IT department.
Job requirements:
- Proven experience as a Helpdesk technician or other customer support role;
- Russian and Azerbaijan languages Fluent or Advanced, English Intermediate or higher may be acceptable (with ability to read technical documentation);
- Experience of administration for the Windows OS family (Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2012/2019;
- Basic level of knowledge of Active Directory user management, Active Directory Group Policies, DNS;
- Good understanding of computer systems, local network, mobile devices and other tech products;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- Good communication skills;
- Certification in a related field is an advantage.
