Responsibility:

Manage daily operations of the IT department:

  • Provisioning support for user requests
  • Supporting Microsoft Office 365 platform (Office apps, OneDrive, Teams);
  • Printer configuration and troubleshooting;
  • Configuration and support of corporate applications and services (Netsis ERP, Fidelio PMS, Micros POS System);
  • Setup and/or configuration of network devices, such as access points (Unify), L2 switches (VLAN and Ports configuration),etc ;
  • Registering user requests in ticket management system;
  • Offer suggestions for possible problem solution, upgrades and changes within the IT department.

Job requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Helpdesk technician or other customer support role;
  • Russian and Azerbaijan languages Fluent or Advanced, English Intermediate or higher may be acceptable (with ability to read technical documentation);
  • Experience of administration for the Windows OS family (Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2012/2019;
  • Basic level of knowledge of Active Directory user management, Active Directory Group Policies, DNS;
  • Good understanding of computer systems, local network, mobile devices and other tech products;
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Certification in a related field is an advantage.
