Main responsibilities:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Installation and configuration of peripherals equipment (printer, scanner, VoIP Phones)
- Provide End-user support
- Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (laptop, tablet)
- Working with web-services
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Microsoft/Cisco Certification is an advantage
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP
- Experience with IP telephony
- Basic knowledge in administration of Microsoft OS Family
- Communication skills
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Responsibility and punctuality skills
