Job requirement:
- Bachelor in technical field;
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support field;
- Experience in a Helpdesk or Support Role;
- Analytical & problem-solving skills;
- Fast decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation;
- Good knowledge of spoken/written English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages;
- Ability to work under pressure preferred;
- Candidates with Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA certifications will be preferred.
Main responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, Desk phone, and printers;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Responding in a timely manner to service-related issues and requests;
- Setting up accounts for new users;
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
- Testing new technology;
- Assist to the system administrator;
- Basic knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP and other Windows servers;
- Basic knowledge of Veeam backup and replication 10 server;
- Basic knowledge of VMware virtual machine management;
- Basic knowledge of HP server management;
- Basic knowledge of HP and CISCO switch management;
- Basic knowledge on corporate antivirus management;
- Running reports on systems and hardware status;
- Timely completion of tasks and submission of reports on the work done;
