Why this role?

• A CSE Engineer will be involved in the most demanding projects. He/she will be involved in the initial start-up meeting and is accountable for coordinating all engineering work until the project is handed over to maintenance.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for finding optimal technical solutions to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard and modernization cases
• Ensures clarity on the solution’s scope, including KONE and possible third-party offerings
• Coordinates specification creation
• Accountable for technical site surveys, technical content of the order
• Ensures that the proposed solution can be installed
• Ensures that the cost and work effort impact of installation is part of the solution’s costing, especially in non-standard installation method cases
• Ensures that the proposed solution fulfills local codes, regulations, and safety requirements
• Ensures alignment with environmental regulations
• Ensures that the planned solution complies with European engineering policy
• Provides content for pre-tender and pre-booking reviews (technical solutions, costs, lead times, risks, verification of technical content in contracts)
• Proposes change order (variations and add works) sales opportunities to the Project Manager
• Provides solution-related information to Project Managers, Installation Supervisors, and Maintenance Supervisors

Are you the one?

• Degree in General Engineering, or related field
• Working level of English
• Good skills in understanding and translating customer needs (requirements) into product technical specifications
• IT literacy and has a basis digital foundation skill to use KONE system and related softs
• Good communications and virtual collaboration skills and able to speak up the ideas.
