Requirements:
- High education.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, negotiating and analytical skills
- Good team player
- Calm, professional attitude and approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid computer skills (proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
- Languages: Azerbaijani (native), English (intermediate), Russian (intermediate)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services
- Builds strong relationships internally and externally with vendors, fostering collaboration and teamwork
- Assist with implementing and maintaining procurement policies and reviews on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
- Ensures process documents are complete, current, communicated and stored appropriately
- Identify the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- To investigate potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements
- To negotiate with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time
- To interact with suppliers daily to resolve transactional issues and gather critical information.
