Functions:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Suppliers searching and evaluating
- Meeting and negotiating with suppliers
- Conducting tenders
- Contracts follow-up
- Reporting (weekly reports, tender reports. reports upon request etc.)
- Assuring of all the payments and permissions to be done before arrival of goods services
- Checking of budget limits before purchasing
Requirements:
- Working experience: 1−2 years
- Experience in negotiating, tender/bidding processing, analytical and reporting work.
- Knowledge in: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Effective work in Internet
- Fluent Level of English, Russian
- High level of attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Result-orientation
