Job Description:

• To analyse model performance and give necessary adjustment in model logic
• Create process of model functionality
• To support Product Leads in collecting ideas and setting priorities for prototyping and development;
• To own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for specific products;
• To shape and own the product roadmap and vision;
• To lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders;
• To help product teams prepare products that deliver rapid and regular business value for the client;
• To oversee initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts in coordination with analytics team;
• To turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the customer;
• To work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Responsible for crisis response and supervision of stress test process of product
• Responsible for estimation of possible credit losses and credit defaults of engine
• Cover risky factors in model for future default issues

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Governance or a related field
• Work experience: 1-3 year experience in Credit, Risk or relevant field
• Foreign Language: English
• Computer Skills: MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology)
• Problem solving skills
• Manage conflict situations
• Knowledge about Agile and Design thinking
