Junior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meeting
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Determining project changes
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Developing project strategies
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
• Provide project reports for management and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
• Age: 21 – 27
• Experience as a project coordinator/administrator is an advantage
• PMP/PMI certification is an advantage
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies ( Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN…)
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using MS Office ( MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint )
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
• High communication skills
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday 11:00 – 14:00.
