Position Summary

• Ensure all operations are running smoothly and all onsite operation staff is doing his job as instructed.
  Brief all participants in accordance to the activity they are doing as per the rules established by the manager.
  Make sure all safety rules are always adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure track safety standards are always enforced.
• Brief all clients before any activity.
• Make sure the necessary staff is in place and briefed properly before starting any activity.
• Make sure maintenance of the equipment has been done properly before starting any activity.
• Link with the Sales Coordinator and make sure staff is briefed and venue and equipment are ready before any group or corporate booking.
• Prepare the venue, the staff and the equipment for any event.
• Manage on track staff during operations.
• Any other job/s entrusted by the Site Supervisor from time to time.

Required qualifications:

• Preferably sales experience and staff management background.
• Driving license
• First Aid Training
• Dynamic, able to adapt to the intensive work tempo
• Able to work in shifts
