- MS Office family
- IT support and troubleshooting
- PC/Notebook hardware knowledge
- MS Server OS family
- MS AD domain
- O365
- English, Russian writing/reading proficiency
Knowledge described below are welcome:
- VMware infrastructure
- MS Exchange server
- Network infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Supporting server, desktop and network infrastructure of customers
- Maintenance of backup
- Troubleshooting
- Working days: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
- Work schedule: Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:00
