Experience and skills required:
- Must have 1+ years of experience
- Actively react and administer the monitoring system based on Zabbix
- ITSM Ticket resolution assistance at L1, working with L2 Teams
- Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, Networks, Protocols, Infrastructure, Clouds ( in terms of CCNA, RHCSA, etc. )
- System support guidelines maintenance, working with procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proactive and life-long learner
- Possibility to be promoted as L1 Team Leader or System Engineer
