Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but not be limited to the below:

• Provide continuous and hands on supervision, on behalf of TISA Leadership, of revenue and expenditure – receivables, invoices, expenses
• Ensure the respective policies and processes are adhered
• Provide regular high-level updates to the Leadership team
• Provide timely and reliable data for the Board of Governors
• Collaborate with TISA Leadership and Operations for Strategic financial and operations management and planning
• Ensure provision of clear and accurate financials and timely processing of TISA transaction
• Manage external and internal audits
• Verify and coordinate Accounts Payable Invoices and keep proper track of all Accounts Payable Invoices
• Prepare reports requested by Management and other Stakeholders re Payables
• Issue Accounts Receivable Invoices for school fees (and for any other receivables) as per the Fee Schedule and by the Billing Dates specified in the Schedule
• Track payments for school fee invoices and chase up outstanding payments
• Prepare Revenue Projection and other reports re Accounts Receivable required by Management
• Make sure filing of Accounts Receivable invoices, Billing Instruction Forms are accurate, and all documents are available at all times
• Update the student list with Accounts Receivable and all other necessary data timely and continuously
• Liaise with parents and companies with tuition fee related issues, address their queries in a timely manner
• Track and process utility payments for TISA ad-hoc apartments monthly
• Administer petty cash payments, related paperwork and register daily
• Prepare monthly Management Information Reports and other ad-hoc reports, files and issues as required
• Support school with customs clearance during import/export of school supplies

Skills required for the position:

• Proven work experience in the fields of Finance and Accountancy
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience using financial software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Sharp time management skills and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
