Job Functions:
- Manage large projects complex in size, scope, budget, and impact.
- Lead project teams in defining project scope, deliverables, and schedules.
- Direct project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional cooperation between dependent tasks and projects, identifies risks/issues, develops mitigation solutions.
- Assists in discussing and determining product backlogs for each iteration, and reviewing the outputs, to make sure they are in alignment with the product requirements.
- Provides inputs for applications technical designs and data models.
- Works closely with the development team, to ensure the right things to be focused on and completed during the development process.
- Assists in defining and conveying the vision of what is to be built for the development team, to address client requirements and ensure successful product for business objectives.
- Qualify and quantify project issues and risks, develop response plans to resolve.
- Establish detailed project budgets and develop monthly variance reports.
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Hard Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinking skills – ability to elicit and define required solutions.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
Special Requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor`s Degree)
- Minimum 2 project successfully finished.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions:
- Workplace: Ali Mustafayev 5 A. (near Memar Ajami m/s)
- Working hours: 5 days in a week 09:00 – 18:00; Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
- Salary: Based on the knowledge and experience of the employee.
