Requirements:
- Experience in the field of recruitment of 2-3 years
- Higher economic, legal or HR education
- Advanced PC user, MS Office, work in social networks
- Ability to establish contact and build relationships with people
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Responsibility to work with deadlines, excellent communication skills, desire to study various areas of the company, to grow and develop
Responsibilities:
- Drafting vacancy announcements together with department heads or direct management
- Posting vacancies on search sites and social networks
- Review and analysis of submitted resumes, prescreening, work with the database of candidates, attract suitable candidates through direct contacts (headhunt)
- Providing telephone interview, conducting initial interviews
- Organization of an interview with the head of the department
- Providing candidates with information on the selection result, as well as formal job offers to approved candidates
- Maintaining statistical reports on the work done
Working conditions:
- Work schedule 5/2, 08.00-17.00
