Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development (preferably in banking industry)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to perform Training Needs Analysis
- Ability to identify performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
- Excellent project management skills with ability to work independently to plan, set direction, organize, and set/achieve priorities related to day-to-day tasks and projects
- Experience in statistics for HR Learning reports and ability to ensure courses are within budget
- Strong data and talent analytic skills/mindset
- Ability to evaluate contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs
- Strong initiative and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must be results-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations
- Strong organizational skills with experience in multi-tasking
- Demonstrable administration experience with the ability to manage large volume
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office packages
- Fluency in Russian language
- Fluency in English language is advantage
