Role Synopsis:

• Pasha Construction LLC is looking for a highly experienced candidate to fulfil the position of the Lease Coordinator within Commercial & Residential Real Estate division (CRRE Group).

Key Accountabilities:

• Providing deep market research beyond potential clients and competitors
• Creates develops and maintains a waitlist as needed.
• Implements marketing strategies to attract renters.
• Respond to potential clients’ inquiries
• Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of Business center available units.
• Promote unoccupied properties through various instruments
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matches these needs with available properties.
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
• Prepare and handle resident files and determine current and potential tenants’ preferences.
• Conducts background and credit checks and verifies other references as directed by the Manager.
• Prepares with Legal department leases for Manager’s review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants.
• Coordinates move-in dates,
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Essential Education:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a related field

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years of professional experience in real estate sales and leasing business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Driver License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
• Huge data base of potential corporate clients/tenants for leasing
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.
• Exquisite presentation skills
