License Manufacturing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the operational business in existing Licensed Factory, and assist coordination with local partners and all Imperial functions supporting LMC
• Coordinate and support the production, monitor the production plan achievement and align demands with market (SOP meeting co-ordination)
• Assist in coordination of NTM and Cut Rag orders, checking stocks availability of materials and ensuring material stock duration in compliance with the contract
• Ensure the conformity of licensed products; analyze PQRS results and perform permanent control of quality in compliance with the contractual quality requirements. Implement manufacturing actions related to new projects and product developments
• Assist in ensuring the partner is compliant with all contract obligations for manufacturing (specification, quality, stock management, infestation….). Analyze manufacturing KPIs. Ensure the implementation of agreed corrective action plans
• Support new projects’ (new product launches) implementation and product specification maintenance in existing license manufacturer

Key Requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience and proven ability in managing the delivery of complex, cross-functional and cross-geography business projects will be an advantage
• Experience in applying project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, project control procedures, etc.)
• Advanced PC user; MS Office
• Experience with ERP and other systems will be an advantage
• Fluent English and Azeri is a must, Russian will be advantageous
• Strong Leadership skills
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive with excellent analytical capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Driver’s license and driving experience more than 2 years
• Flexibility to travel
