Job description:

• Lifestyle management of VIP customers. Arrange and manage customer’s life
• Making travel arrangements for VIP customers.
• Full management of customers’ other tasks and orders.
• Receive incoming calls and customer orders.
• Make outgoing calls, advisory support to customers / potential customers.
• Providing all the necessary information to the customer on the tariffs, services and procedures of the company.
• Search and offer optimal solutions to the customer, in connection with the order.
• Find and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Entering the database of information received.
• Provides high quality service to VIP customers.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in tourism;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Project Management skills;
• Sales skills;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Strong knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani languages and English is a plus.
