General Supply LLC Logistika üzrə mütəxəssis vəzifəsi üzrə vakansiya elan edir.
Job responsibilities:
- Create and maintain contacts with, freight forwarders, custom brokers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods;
- Review import documents prior to forwarding them to customers/freight forwarders and custom brokers;
- Update tracking report with information from the delivery schedule;
- Organize and file customs commercial documentation;
- Request freight quotes from the different carriers/truckers;
- Communicate with freight forwarders to verify shipment status and resolve problems;
- Check all documentation are correct for releasing and shipping;
- Coordinating the necessary information with logistics companies after ordering;
Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in, Logistics, transportation and other related fields;
- 1 year of experience in logistics;
- Practical knowledge of logistics operations;
- Knowledge of English and Russian;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and meet datelines;
- Strong problem solving abilities;
- Attention to detail;
Conditions:
- Schedule: Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
