Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Opening of dispatch references/ of all shipment profiles
• Follow up of shipment statuses (all modes of transport)
• Co-ordinate with Customs Brokers
• Daily updating activity report
• Organization of transport and relevant services for Clients
• Status updating of Customers/ Company operations personnel and subcontractors
• Preparation of supporting documents for invoicing
• Control of dangerous goods handling (DGSA- Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor);
• Evaluation of costs and profits against completed operations files;
• Evaluation of shipments turnover;
• Verification of subcontractor’s Invoices and Contracts;
• Invoicing of files/preparation of supporting docs;
• Participation in project tenders;
• To ensure the proper communication and work between Clients and Company Baku Branch operations personnel, Head Office and other Company branches
• To ensure effective customer relationship
• Ensure appropriate coordination and control of all Customers cargo
• Daily operational activities covering pre-shipment to post-shipment operations
• Ensuring strict obey of the HSE requirements, standards and policies

Requirements include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English (fluent) languages is mandatory;
• Higher Education (Bachelor Degree), Preferably Business Administration, Economics, or graduate of related courses;
• Ability to find solution of a problem, responsible.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage a number of sales projects while communicating efficiently with the
• hird parties and within the organization.
