Multinational pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a young and enthusiastic person for the position of Manager’s assistant.
Job description:
- Answers all phone calls and route to appropriate employee or department;
- Maintaining order in the office;
- Ensuring the life of the office (purchase of water, stationery, consumables for office equipment).
- Welcomes guests and direct them to scheduled meetings or waiting areas;
- Receives and sends all faxes and post parcels;
- Files, records and manages book keeping of all related correspondence;
- Other related duties additionally might be assigned;
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents;
- Performs other duties related to the job assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of business ethics, business correspondence.
- Experience in conducting events (preparation of meetings, negotiations, and so on).
- Knowledge of office programs, 1C: Document management.
- Accounting and reporting skills.
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsibility.
- Skills in working with office equipment.
