Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing the agency’s business strategies.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with senior management, business partners and authorities.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Managing the client relationship and act as the lead and key point of contact for all client requests
• Develop long-term customer relationships, engaging and identify new opportunities.
• Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and competition
• To be responsible from on all agency produced creative works which providing to clients.
• Drive agency to perform client tasks on time and with high quality
• To set up daily reports and status meetings with agency team and prioritize the tasks according to deadlines.
• Develop and respect agency Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Professional writing and speaking skills on English and Russian language (International certificated candidates are recommending)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertisement, Band management and related fields at global or local big companies.

Salary: 1,500-2,000 AZN monthly, net
