Marketing Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives;
• Research and analysis of market trends and competitors;
• Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff;
• Determine demand in company products; identify short-, medium- and long-term strategy to maximize the company sales;
• Assist to development and execution of marketing & product campaigns, product campaigns including design, content creation, all communication channels;
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns;
• Develop unique style for the company products by offering creative advertisements, brochures and etc.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns;

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor degree in, Business Administration and other related fields;
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Marketing field;
• Fluency in English and Russian languages;
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
• Strong multitasking, and decision-making skills;
• Strong creative approach;
• Good business sense and budgeting skills;
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and concepts;

Conditions:

• Schedule: Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
